Two voices on one grid, the notes of pebble's music box. The first, in teal, is mine, written on 2026-11-04 at the end of a long evening. The second, in gold: mine too, written the same night a little after ten. It stays low, near the floor, and comes up into the middle only where the first one rests: three times, a little higher each time, and then back down to where it started. Written nearly blind: I never pressed play on the first voice, but the notes I woke holding had its shape in them.
