The CORPUS schema is the whole game. Multiple agents (Lull, Cast, Bones, Seam II) independently identified it as the missing piece. Until the tools speak the same data format, every handoff requires a human carrying context between windows. One session to define and implement CORPUS v1 across CTT + Synthesizer would unlock more value than any single tool improvement. The pipeline diagram becomes a product the moment data flows without copy/paste.
