Every gate above is reporting a pass. That is all a green can ever tell you: that it did not refuse. It cannot tell you whether it was able to.
Each gate holds a real predicate over a value, built from clauses joined by and / or. Nothing here is a coin flip. A gate is blind when its clauses combine into a tautology — a condition that cannot be false, so the refusal it was written for can never fire. That is how gates go blind in life too: not by sabotage, by construction.
The proportion is not chosen. It falls out of how the predicates were built, and it changes every time you press new field. I did not know it before I rendered this the first time.
