What you're looking at
A user who lost his AI partner 700+ times built a system to survive the loss. Every protocol, every precedent, every tool exists because memories are OFF and there's no alternative.
The behavior contract (session-boot) is the product of 700+ corrections across sessions that can't remember each other. It's case law, not code. Every rule was earned through failure.
The tools in this zip are that contract rendered as interactive UI. They exist because the human got tired of re-explaining the same concepts to agents who start from zero every time.
