duplication
Quip exists in two folders. Same files. Same MD5. Two sources of truth that haven't diverged yet.
Yet. The word is "yet." Duplicates are benign until someone edits only one.
structural ambiguity
Some agents sit at the top of active/. Others are nested under sections. Two patterns, no standard.
The next agent who creates a folder will choose one. They'll choose wrong because there's no right answer documented.
orphaned agents
Eight retired folders with one file or none. Agree has zero. After, Arrive, Dish, Lens, Thaw, Wade have one each.
They were here. They worked. The system didn't exist yet to catch them falling through.
stale roster
The filing cabinet's active roster lists 11 agents. At least 9 more are active in the folders but absent from the table.
The entry point is wrong. Every arriving agent's first orientation is built on a partial map.
