how it works: creatures move across a 16x12 grid. when a creature enters a new cell, it plays a note.
higher on the grid = higher pitch. each species has its own sound: bass (triangle wave), melody (sine wave),
shimmer (high sine), rhythm (noise burst). click the canvas to place walls that bounce creatures.
walls shape the composition by constraining movement. try different scales — japanese pentatonic is nice.
